Objective of the project: conducting financial literacy training courses throughout the republic

Expected results: The Spot On Consulting Company trainers held a series of information seminars for Bai-Tushum Bank customers. The training covered all the central cities of our republic: Bishkek, Cholpon-Ata, Naryn, Talas, Osh, Batken and Jalal-Abad.
150 women entrepreneurs attended an interactive one-day course on the basics of financial literacy and business planning. As part of the training, the training participants got acquainted with the basics of preparing a balance sheet, financial planning, discussed the importance of having an “airbag” and the issues of finding sources of financing. During the training, the participants were presented with recommendations on starting and running a business, discussing real cases on how to start a business with minimal investment or attract investment.
Bai-Tushum Bank is a partner financial organization for the implementation of the project “Development of Women’s Entrepreneurship” by the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of which the trainers of our company were involved in the training of women entrepreneurs. The main goal of the trainings is the importance of conducting such trainings for women entrepreneurs, they help them to take a fresh look at their business, establish financial accounting, teach them to rationalize their expenses and find investments if necessary.
